” Ireland’s call” for Irish-Americans

For after the recent events in Northern Ireland, I had some doubts about the cause of Irish Unity! But then i heard the song ; ” Ireland’s call” performed by the ” Celtic Thunder” It made me realize that was in a just cause!

For i realize the just because a Nation ( Great Britain) cannot control their addiction of power over Northern Ireland!

That  the Loyalist leaders will not except the fact that Irish Unity will be a fact and they have to decide whether it will be by sweet Peace or bloodshed!

I Cannot help it if a bunch of thugs (the real IRA)  who cannot see unless it is though their gun sights. They cannot see that Peace is the only way to Irish Unity!

That one the biggest problems we face is we get our information from a self-serving pack of wolves who could not report the who truth, even if they tried! The world Mass News Media Network, fails to tell the whole truth in their reporting  because they have placed their ratings above the truth, therefore; they feed their viewers/readers distortion and misleading information!

And the most hurtful fact; that there are some Irish-Americans, both individuals and groups, that turn their backs on Peace and Irish Unity because they are afraid of what others my think of them!( the Richmond Irish Society of America is such a group, they have even went as far as to pick and choose what parts of their Irish heritage and traditions to promote, ignoring the fact the Irish Unity , independence, has is the one constant in both Irish heritage and Irish Traditions)If they only realized that if the Irish-American community stood up and in one united voice declared their support for Peace and Irish Unity, just maybe the recent events would not have occurred!

All i ask of my fellow Irish-Americans is to; read the lyrics to the song “Ireland’s Call”  but just not with their minds but to open their hearts as they do. Then maybe they will fill apart of their hearts awaken and begin to beat like a bodhrans!

If some call me a dreamer because i believe that:

       ” Irish Unity can only be obtain though Peace,

      ” and Peace in Northern Ireland can only be obtain though Irish Unity”

The  by heaven it be a Dreamer i’ll be and damn proud of it!
